A blanket of snow shuts down classes at the University of Virginia.
The East Coast was hit with lots of snow, and we were right in the middle of it all. Not much excitement for us during this winter storm. It was 1,000 time better than last year's icy disaster that left us without power for a week.
All the snow become CAValanche 2014 around here. Virginia is the Cavaliers ... get it. I also saw Snowtunda, like the Rotunda on main campus. You can view our adventures below. Hope you are staying warm wherever you are. I know I am ready for sunny days and higher temperatures.
Cole grabs a snack on our way to the law school.
Cole and I adventure into the snow.
No ideal weather for relaxing on the benches.
Can't see.
I wandered off the beaten path.
Hondie is trapped.
With little wind, all the snow stacks up on the branches.
And the snow keeps coming.
Pretty, snowy trees in our backyard.
It's looking pretty white.
Cole steps out to see how things are looking.
A happy law student with two days off of classes.
