10 Years of Mean Girls

Posted by Brenna Malmberg

I'll be the first to admit it: Yes, I just went from eradicating malaria to celebrating 10 years of Mean Girls in about 20 minutes. I guess it's just a big week. Or something like that …

Regardless, I might as well join the rest of the world in reminiscing on all the quotes during this "holiday." They wouldn't be so fresh and quick off my tongue if I hadn't streamed it on Netflix already this weekend, not knowing this occasion was upon us. (Side note: I watched Mean Girls 2 before Mean Girls, and yeah, it's terrible as expected.) . . .

Virginia vs. Duke Lacrosse

Virginia lacrosse players depend the goal.

I've seen lacrosse twice, and I still don't understand it. But, it makes for great pictures. Virginia lost this ACC match against Duke, 17-15. Virginia is still a great team, ranking No. 11. They are upstaged by Duke though; they are No. 2. . . .

Easter Calligraphy - Leaves

For Easter, I practiced my fake calligraphy and ornaments, such as leaves and curls.

Easter weekend is winding down, and I hope everyone got to reflect on our Savior and spend time with friends and family. Our holiday, while low key, included some creative and adventurous activities. . . .
