During winter break and our travels back west, we got to attend a KU game before boarding our flight back to Virginia. My parents and Jay joined Cole and I in Lawrence for the momentous occasion. Cole and Jay maybe didn't have the same feelings.

We got to see the first conference game at home, and the Jayhawks won big time. The other team wasn't awesome, so it wasn't a true show of skill, but it meant the end of the bench got to have some minutes. Rest for the best, and fun for the ones who work hard in practice.

Basically, I love games in the Fieldhouse. I watch on TV when I can, but it's just not the same. Like tonight, I'll be watch my computer screen and phone to check to the score as the Jayhawks take on the Sooners.
