Skye, Flat Brenna's younger brother, takes Flat Brenna on a ride. Be safe!

Meet Flat Brenna's big, little brother who lives in Spearville, Kan. She is actually on loan from Mom and Dad until this weekend. They are meeting up to go to the NASCAR races in Kansas City, and they will hand her back over into the safe care of her parents. Not that Skye would be mean to her, but he does have a history of picking on here a little. From the pictures I got these two weeks, I didn't see any major injuries like a popped out rib or a gash to the forehead. Phew! The real Brenna didn't enjoy those times, so I am sure Flat Brenna wouldn't either. But, from the photo above, it might appear that Flat Brenna might need a bath. Skye has had Flat Brenna out in the garage working on this three-wheel contraption that he is trying to make run. I highly doubt she was helpful. She could probably hold a light or get a tool. That's about all I was ever good at in the garage. . . .

U-S-A! Pretty solid chant when it comes to world gymnastics, especially in the case of women's gymnastics. Today rounded out all of the qualification rounds, and the real deal starts tomorrow. To get to the final competition, countries had their athletes compete either on all four events to qualify for all-around and event competitions, or on just on single events to advance to event finals. Honestly, I don't know tons about men's gymnastics, probably more than my average reader, but that probably isn't saying much. So I will stick with the girls. . . .

Turns out puncuation is a little tricky for some of my readership as well. The big winner this week, with 9 out of 10, was Jay! Some of the other trivia takers skipped giving a score. I encourage all to leave a comment, regardless of your scoree. We are all friends here — no haters.

This week, we step onto the digital turf and try some fantasy football trivia. Cole and I actually run a fantasy team together. We go by the name Malmberg Malmberg LLP. I know nothing about the sport really. I root for the Ravens and actually drafted our team this year because Cole was on a plane during the draft. I got props and didn't make a total fool of myself, so it was a success. We ended up with an awesome quarterback and a purple kicker, which equals success.
